Bee smokers are used to help calm your bees when you need to work on your hive or harvest honey. Our medium sized smokers are perfect for the hobby apiarist or if you are starting out with your first beehives.
They feature a built-in hook for hanging, a body heat shield and strong bellows. The aeration grate inside prevents ash gathering on the bottom and allows the air to flow well while in use. Options for fuel or kindling are egg cartons, twigs, wood chips or balled up newspaper. Make sure not to pack your kindling too far down where it may hamper airflow. Do not overuse your smoker as it may affect your honey quality.
