Use
- Light a fire inside your smoker can
- Options for fuel or kindling are egg cartons, twigs, wood chips or balled up newspaper
- Make sure not to pack your kindling too far down where it may hamper airflow
- Once you’ve lighted your kindling, replace the lid of the smoker
- Squeeze the smoker bellow to force the smoke from the can
- Do not overuse your smoker as it may affect your honey quality
